Cannabis & Disorganisation in Schizophrenia

Objectif: mesurer la triangulation entre usage de cannabis, désorganisation, et connectivité fonctionnelle entre Putamen et lobe temporal dans la schizophrénie.
Nombre de sujets: 50 personnes avec schizophrénie (25 usagers de cannabis vs. 25 non-usagers de cannabis)
Mesures: PANSS Score, IRM fonctionnelle, mesure des taux de THC et CBD du cannabis consommé
Période d’étude: 2018-2022

Objectif: évaluer les pratiques de prescriptions d'antipsychotiques en France
Nombre de sujets: environ 500 000 sujets de l'Echantillon Généraliste des Bénéficiaires (échantillon représentatif des bases du Système National de Données de Santé)
Mesures: types de molécules, diagnostics, durées de prescription, posologies et devenir des patients
Période d’étude: 2007-2017
